service, safety, customer satifaction
High Gear was formed in 1998 by Jamey Morgan. It started out Renting one wheeled loader to drilling Rigs. In 1999 we bought our first Water truck and partnered with Dan Ireland who came in to run the water truck. Over the years we have grown modestly and have worked hard to maintain our small company culture; Our company is like a family.
Our goal has always been to create long term relationships with our employees, customers, community and others in the industry. Our objective has always been to provide superior service at a fair price in good times and in challenging times. We believe this has helped us to be respected in the industry and community and we truly take great pride in the relationships we have with our customers. One of the keys to our success has been our ability to adapt to our customers needs. Over the years we have developed a comprehensive safety program and have worked on many successful projects all over Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan.
High Gear is a proud member and supporter of the community. We have been a regular supporter of kids sports teams and 4-H program. As well as supporting local Oilman’s functions.
In 2010 Dan retired from High Gear and Jamey took a more active role in the company. Since then High Gear has grown as big at 20 trucks along with the rental equipment. High Gear has now settled into a nice facility strategically located On GP City limits on Highway 40. In 2020 we downsized a bit and put our focus back on our Potable and Rig water as well as Vacuum Trucks.
2023 we have a fleet of 22 trucks.
We are excited for what the future has to bring and are working hard to create a long term strategy and continue to exceed the expectations of our customers.
